Equipped with decoder interfaces PluX12, -16, -22, Next-18, 21MTC, NEM651, NEM652, E24, as well as terminal strip for connecting wired decoders.
Note: In the case of decoders with 21MTC interfaces of the MX generation, the LEDs for the function outputs from FA5 onwards may not display correctly.
The company Zimo Elektronik was founded in Vienna in 1980. From the beginning, Zimo was engaged in the development and production of digital control systems for model railways. With the predecessor company "ZIEGLER & MAIR", the first systems were already sold in 1979. In the 1980s to 1990s many trend-setting production lines were introduced such as the digital systems "M1000" and "M2000" as well as the decoders "M4000", "M4001" and the operating controllers "M5000". From 1996 onwards, Zimo products were designed for the DCC rail signal standardised by the NMRA as well as for the MM system. In the following years, the production capacity of the company was increased and the product range expanded.
