How do I recognize new products that can be pre-ordered in the online shop?
You can recognize articles that can be ordered by the note NH in front of the article name, by the blue availability symbol and by the note "New" when specifying the delivery time. Further information can be found in the item description, where we will also give you information on the expected delivery date if possible. Please note that this information is always based on the information provided by our suppliers and manufacturers and is therefore non-binding information.
How do I order?
You can easily pre-order the items via the online shop. To do this, place an order via the online shop as usual. Important: Please do not combine any available items with a pre-order of a novelty!. As a result, we would not deliver items that are available to you immediately. You can place a normal order for all products in stock as usual.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We do not take any pre-payment or deposit from you to pre-order new items. When pre-ordering a new product, the online shop gives you the appropriate setting for new products for the payment methods and shipping methods.
As soon as a new item is available, you will receive a message from us and you can then pay with your desired payment method, have the item delivered or pick it up in our shop in Kamen.
What happens if the price or technical details of my pre-order change?
We make every effort to provide you with all available information about the article for every new product. You can find all the information in the description of the item. We will notify you of any significant changes to the product.
All pricing is based on information available at the time of announcement and will be honored as much as possible. Should changes to the sales price become necessary for reasons beyond our control, you will receive a notification from us and can decide at any time whether your order will continue.
My pre-ordered item is no longer visible in the online shop, what happened?
If an item that you have pre-ordered in the online shop is no longer listed in the shop, this is because our contingent from the manufacturer is sold out and we can no longer accept any further pre-orders. Your item is still reserved for you. If you have a customer account with us, you can still view your pre-order after logging in.
Please note that adding an item, even a novelty, to your wish list or shopping cart does not trigger a reservation of the item.
