The front page of ADJ 11 has been fixed for a long time, namely since it was clear that Erik Süske's article about his H0 implementation of the Bf Kirchbrak of the Vorwohle Emmertaler Verkehrsbetriebe would be the main article of the magazine.
What could better illustrate the topic of non-federally owned railways than an ELNA locomotive? And Erik built this ELNA from a Weinert kit. And that is even true to the original, because this exact locomotive ran as a rental locomotive on the VEV for a while.

ADJ is one of the magazines for model construction. The editor of the magazine is Otto Kurbjuweit and it is published by Jürgen Hans. The first issue was published in July 2021. It is now a trade journal that is published several times a year.
