Light board LIPLDHW1 yellow LED interior lighting with decoder and second address as an aid to train formation. This is typically set to the address of the locomotive in the light boards and function decoders of a train. This creates the possibility of switching the interior lighting of all these cars, as well as the exterior lights of the rear or control car, using the function keys of a single address (usually the locomotive address). In order to be able to use this comfortably, light circuit boards and function decoders are equipped with special CV sets.

Dimensions: 296 x 8.2 x 2.8 mm, can be shortened.
14 LEDs, LED spacing 22 mm, 7 switchable light groups, Fu outputs on solder pads: 7, internal energy storage: 300 uF / 16 V.

Features:
DCC addresses 1 ... 10239, network addresses 1 ..., MM addresses 1 ... 80, functions F0 ... F28), programming the CVs in "Service Mode" (on the programming track) and in "Operational Mode" (with RailCom for acknowledgment and reading).
Updateable software: new software versions are imported using the Zimo decoder update device MXULF(A) from a USB stick or directly from the computer via ZSP (Zimo Sound Programmer) and MXULF or (planned) via MX10.<

Safety:
Overcurrent protection for all outputs, dielectric strength: 24 V (all types).

Functions and function outputs:
Full NMRA function mapping for F0 - F12, as well as ZIMO extensions (directional assignments, etc.), dimming, flashing, American (Mars, Ditch, Strobe, ...) and other light effects (soft start, brake light, flickering, autom . timeout, ...). High beam/low beam switching via function key, one-sided light suppression, etc.
New light effects: switching on outputs depending on travel/standstill, direction, speed, shunting button, random, etc.
Zimo Swiss mapping for complex lighting states depending on multiple function keys, with individually assignable dimming and flashing functions.
Zimo input mapping, mainly to allow the user to swap out the function keys without changing the actual configuration.

The second address:
This special property of ZIMO function decoders and light circuit boards can only be explained using the typical application: the second address is programmed to the address of the locomotive in each car, a different CV set is activated in each individual car, so that the interior lighting has different function keys be assigned to:
Wagon: CV #8 = 102 (CV-Set 102 activated) causes in operation for the control via the SECOND address (i.e. locomotive address): F13 -> Lvor or Lrück + FO1 | F14 -> all interior lighting)
Wagon: CV #8 = 104 (CV-Set 104 activated) causes in operation for the control via the SECOND address (i.e. locomotive address): F15 -> Lvor or Lrück + FA1 | F16 -> entire interior lighting) etc.

The company Zimo Elektronik was founded in Vienna in 1980. From the beginning, Zimo was engaged in the development and production of digital control systems for model railways. With the predecessor company "ZIEGLER & MAIR", the first systems were already sold in 1979. In the 1980s to 1990s many trend-setting production lines were introduced such as the digital systems "M1000" and "M2000" as well as the decoders "M4000", "M4001" and the operating controllers "M5000". From 1996 onwards, Zimo products were designed for the DCC rail signal standardised by the NMRA as well as for the MM system. In the following years, the production capacity of the company was increased and the product range expanded.
