Model: HOe gauge DC. Diesel locomotive L45H 87-0032-0 of the Romanian CFF Wassertalbahn. Chassis made of die-cast, five-pole motor, drive and power consumption across all four axles, LED headlights depending on the direction of travel, attached handlebars, attached wind deflectors, attached windshield wipers, etched steps and fan wheel cover, re-trackable to H0m (exchange wheel sets optionally available), minimum radius: 300mm, vehicle weight: 132 gr.

Prototype: The Wassertalbahn was completed in 1932 as an industrial railway for transporting wood to a sawmill in Viseu de Sus in the border area between Romania and the Ukraine. The operation on the forest railway in the Carpathians with 760 mm gauge is divided between diesel locomotive-hauled production trains and mainly steam locomotive-driven tourist trains.

The railway uses, among other things, four bogie diesel locomotives of the type L45H built by Faur in the colors yellow, red, blue and green.

The L45H diesel-hydraulic bogie locomotive, built in large numbers by the vehicle and machine manufacturer FAUR in Bucharest (Romania) between 1967 and 1985, ran on many Eastern European railways and was also used on industrial and works railways. Today, the 450 hp and 10.25 m long narrow-gauge locomotives for 750-1000 mm gauge are still in use in Romania (class 87), Poland (Lxd2), Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary (Mk45). In the meantime, some have also made their way to Germany as popular service locomotives for the Sächsische Dampfeisenbahn Gesellschaft mbH (SDG - formerly BVO Bahn GmbH), for the Ybbstalbahn mountain route of the ÖGLB in Austria and even on the Mediterranean island of Corsica, where some of them were remotorized.
The Bemo company has been manufacturing railroad models in large-scale plastic technology in Uhingen (Baden-Württemberg) since 1976. 25 employees mainly produce models in the scales 1:87 and 1:45, but in the meantime there are also some 1:160 models in the program. The H0 models are mainly narrow gauge models in H0e and H0m based on models of Swiss, Austrian and German railroads. The gauge 0 models are offered without exception as 0m, i.e. as meter gauge models, after prototypes of the Rhaetian Railway. Also in H0, besides many models of diesel railcars, many different cars of the Rhaetian Railway are offered, so that the normal H0 model railroader can look forward to beautiful trains from the Swiss Alps. In N gauge, you can currently find models of the RegioShuttle from ADtranz/Stadler in the Bemo program.

In the development and production, great emphasis is placed on uncompromising replication, also, if possible, entire train sets are offered. Narrow gauge track systems in H0e and H0m as well as a track system in 0m complete the Bemo range.
