Model: HOm gauge DC. Brass handcraft small series model. Small batch handicraft model in brass. This new construction of ASD sets is the unfortunately no longer existing railcar no. 11 in a set with a freight car. As usual at Fulgurex, the models are made of brass and are handcrafted. The railcars are equipped with an ESU decoder and high-quality electric motors and are designed for the BEMO system. Perfect power consumption also guarantees perfect driving characteristics. The radius to be traveled is also aligned with the BEMO track system. The set is delivered with a freight car that is not available individually with this numbering. The cargo hold doors can also be opened in the old style and individually. The front door can also be opened and gives a view of the beautiful but spartan driver's cab.
Prototype: The BCFe 4/4 railcar was built by SWS and AEG and is part of a series of three BCFe 4/4 and two CFZe 4/4 that went into service in 1913 when the first section of the Aigle-Le Sépey line opened. In 1942 the vehicle BCFe 4/4 no.2 was renumbered to no.3 and at the same time it was slightly modernized. The typical half-windows have been preserved. This was also when the ADSD switched its color scheme from the original red to gray / blue / cream. In 1948 the railcar was renumbered again to number 11. The pantographs from 1913 were also renewed. From 1975 a new ASD logo was created. In the same year, the railcar got into a serious accident. Despite the major damage to the luggage compartment and driver's cab no 1, the car was rebuilt. Cabin no 1 now has rounded front windows and the luggage compartment has large sliding doors. The railcar no.11 was unfortunately canceled in 1989 - after 76 years of loyal service.

Antonio Giansanti Coluzzi, a collector of tin railways founded the model railway shop Fulgurex in Switzerland in 1947. It also became the official distributor of the VB brand. In 1962, the production of their own brass models began in cooperation with Tenshodo.
The first model produced was a steam locomotive 141 R in H0 gauge. In the following years, Fulgurex brought further models in gauges 0; 1 and N onto the market.
Fulgurex has always been known for its finely detailed handcrafted locomotives.
