Model: HO gauge AC. With mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion with flywheel mass arranged in the Jakobs bogie. 2 axles powered. Traction tyres. The three-light headlights and two red marker lights that change over with the direction of travel will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The headlights on end 2 and end 1 of the powered rail car can be turned off separately in digital operation. Interior lighting installed as standard. The headlights and the interior lighting are maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. The train destination indicator is prototypical with yellow LEDs. The headlights, train destination indicator, and interior lighting will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Detailed running gear and superstructure. Clear view. Closed bellows and baffle guide on the Jakobs bogie between the vehicle halves. Representation of the centre buffer couplings at the ends.

Prototype: Class 648.2 (LINT 41) Lokalbanen a/s (Lokaltog) commuter diesel railcar. Version with deep entrances. Used in the Gilleleje area, Denmark. With train destination display "94OR Gilleleje". Railcar road numbers 648 113-2 and 648 213-0. Operating condition 2021.
Variations of this product
In 2009 Märklin celebrated its 150th anniversary. However, from an initially quite wide range of toys, the product range concentrated over time on the manufacture of electric railways in different gauges.
