Model: HO gauge. Mammoet Holding B.V. was founded in 1971 by the three companies Goedkoop (Amsterdam), Van Wezel (Hengelo) and Stoof (Breda). If you go back to the actual origin, you end up with May 13, 1807. On this Wednesday, Jan Goedkoop bought a 140t cargo ship and offered transport services for freight and passengers. Salvage work and towing services have already been carried out. Since the merger to form the holding company over 50 years ago, the main area has been heavy transport and crane work. Mammoet doesn't move mountains, but it does move entire houses (or even churches). This 3-axle MAN TGX GX pulls a 5-axle semi-low loader and is primarily used in Great Britain. The model appears in a one-off edition.
The model is made of plastic, painted and printed.

Wilhelm Hergenröther founded the company in Nuremberg in 1949. The company name is composed of the name Hergenröther Patent. Initially, the company produced model railway accessories. In 1961, Riwa-Plastik, a plastic parts manufacturer for the photo and phono industry, was founded.

In 1965, Herpa was taken over by this company. Both brand names continue to be used. The first 1/87th scale car model was presented at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Two years later, the first truck model in the same scale followed. Over the years, the magazine "MASS:STAB" is published. Since then, six copies have been published annually.
