Model: HO gauge. Following the launch of the vehicle series of the Lower Saxony disaster control service at the end of 2022, a MAN TGS L from the Euro6c series is now also appearing in the Herpa range, which uses its food tank to bring drinking water to where it is needed, for example if it is contaminated due to contamination of the drinking water pipes.

Wilhelm Hergenröther founded the company in Nuremberg in 1949. The company name is composed of the name Hergenröther Patent. Initially, the company produced model railway accessories. In 1961, Riwa-Plastik, a plastic parts manufacturer for the photo and phono industry, was founded.

In 1965, Herpa was taken over by this company. Both brand names continue to be used. The first 1/87th scale car model was presented at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Two years later, the first truck model in the same scale followed. Over the years, the magazine "MASS:STAB" is published. Since then, six copies have been published annually.
