Model: HO gauge. Mercedes-Benz Actros Gigaspace clad box semi-trailer Lufthansa. Under the name "Lufthansa Allegris", the company promises to focus even more on the needs of first-class guests. Seats, “cabins” and service are being rethought from the ground up. This show truck (the original has extendable side panels) is on the road in Germany to demonstrate the new "Allegris" at various events. The model is a one-off edition.
The finished model is made of plastic, painted and printed.
Wilhelm Hergenröther founded the company in Nuremberg in 1949. The company name is composed of the name Hergenröther Patent. Initially, the company produced model railway accessories. In 1961, Riwa-Plastik, a plastic parts manufacturer for the photo and phono industry, was founded.
In 1965, Herpa was taken over by this company. Both brand names continue to be used. The first 1/87th scale car model was presented at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Two years later, the first truck model in the same scale followed. Over the years, the magazine "MASS:STAB" is published. Since then, six copies have been published annually.
