Model: HO gauge. Iveco S-Way LNG box semi-trailer truck Gebrüder Weiss. Among other things, Gebrüder Weiss uses this Iveco S-Way LNG, a 15 m box semi-trailer as a type 1 long truck, at its location in Nuremberg, Franconia. The assignment to the location is implemented in a prototypical manner on the driver's cab doors. The model appears in a one-off edition. Gebrüder Weiss is a well-known company based in Lauterbach, Austria, and is also the oldest transport and logistics company in Austria (if not Europe or the world). To this day it is family-owned (Weiss and Jerie families). Over more than 500 years, the company has continuously developed and matured into a global player in the transport and logistics market. As early as 1474, “the Milanese messenger” had a regular transport order between Lindau on Lake Constance (at that time an important transit port for north/south trade) via Fußach (Austria) and Chur (Switzerland) to Lake Como and on to Milan (Italy). Today it has around 8,000 employees, 180 locations and, with annual sales of around 2.5 billion euros (2021), is one of the leading transport and logistics companies in Europe.
The finished model is made of plastic, painted and printed.

Wilhelm Hergenröther founded the company in Nuremberg in 1949. The company name is composed of the name Hergenröther Patent. Initially, the company produced model railway accessories. In 1961, Riwa-Plastik, a plastic parts manufacturer for the photo and phono industry, was founded.

In 1965, Herpa was taken over by this company. Both brand names continue to be used. The first 1/87th scale car model was presented at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Two years later, the first truck model in the same scale followed. Over the years, the magazine "MASS:STAB" is published. Since then, six copies have been published annually.
