WBS 70 is a type of house built in the German Democratic Republic using prefabricated concrete panels. It was developed in the early 1970s by the German Construction Academy and the Technical University of Dresden. Prefabricated concrete panels are a type of construction in which buildings are built from storey-high prefabricated concrete elements that were previously manufactured in a factory and then assembled as finished elements on the construction site.
