Model: HO gauge. The Junkers F13 was the world's first all-metal aircraft designed specifically for air transport. Between 1922 and 1925, the Polish airline Aerolloyd S.A. 12 aircraft of this type, and in the following years Aerolot added four more aircraft to its fleet. This 4-seater aircraft flew at a maximum speed of 170 km/h and had a range of around 600-700 km. In the early 1930s, these aircraft were still in service with Aerolot's successor, LOT Polish Airlines, proving their robust and reliable construction.
The model is made of plastic, painted and printed.

Wilhelm Hergenröther founded the company in Nuremberg in 1949. The company name is composed of the name Hergenröther Patent. Initially, the company produced model railway accessories. In 1961, Riwa-Plastik, a plastic parts manufacturer for the photo and phono industry, was founded.

In 1965, Herpa was taken over by this company. Both brand names continue to be used. The first 1/87th scale car model was presented at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Two years later, the first truck model in the same scale followed. Over the years, the magazine "MASS:STAB" is published. Since then, six copies have been published annually.
