H0 car Rover Defender Camel Trophy

Model: HO gauge. Pure Adventure!!! In 1989 the 10th edition of the Camel Trophy led across the Amazon rainforest. This covers large parts of the South American Amazon Basin, has a size of six million square kilometers and thus comprises more than half of the remaining tropical forest worldwide. In places, it is an almost impenetrable jungle that can only be passed with reliable and off -road vehicles - a big task! Not every vehicle and not every driver can master this difficult challenge, but different teams always steer such bold adventures. After the teams from Italy (driver: Paolo Siccardi & Marco Rossignoli), the winning team from England (Bob and Joe Ives), the team from Germany (driver: Kornel Gartner and Alexander Peterson), the team from Spain (Bruno Montalvo and Fernando Murube ), the team from France (Bernard Duc and Yvan Dorier) is now followed by the Dutch team with Raoul Jacobs and Gerhard Blankestijn, who achieved 8th place with their extensively packaged Defender.
