Triple headlights and two red marker lights that change depending on the direction of travel work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Headlights on locomotive sides 2 and 1 can each be switched off digitally separately. Double A light function. Driver's cab and engine room lighting can be controlled digitally. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red light-emitting diodes (LED). Detailed roof structures with newly designed DBS 54 pantographs. Pantographs can be raised and lowered digitally. Many separately attached parts such as handlebars, steps and UIC sockets. Buffer height according to NEM. Kinematically controlled close couplings. Locomotive driver figure sitting in cab 1. Brake lines and screw couplings are included as separately attachable parts.

Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class 140 electric locomotive. Version with wear buffer beam. Ocean Blue/Ivory base colorway. Company number 140 800-4. Operating condition from 1986.
Created for freight transport. In its type plan for standard electric locomotives, the young Federal Railway defined a machine for freight transport with the 140 series. This largely corresponded to the 110 series, with a gear ratio adapted to the tasks. It was also used in front of passenger trains and was omnipresent thanks to the enormous number of 879 units. Deliveries began in January 1957. The DB was finally able to take delivery of the last 140 in August 1973. As a result, there were many small design differences. Some locomotives were given wear buffer beams and a multiple control system for double traction and push-pull train operation. They are still in use on private railways today. DB Cargo has been discontinuing its services since October 2016.
