Model: HO gauge DC. The newly developed gravel processing machine from Plasser & Theurer has two drive types - electric and diesel-electric (hybrid) - via a 600 kW diesel engine to generate electricity. The traction motors and hydraulics are always electrically driven. The electric drive enables low-maintenance, low-noise and low-emission operation (CO2 reduced). The forward-looking design essentially follows function and occupational safety. The model is largely based on the original in terms of design and function.
Operation either in driving or working mode when driving forward at approx. 1 km/h with vertically and horizontally moved tamping unit. Motorized pantograph, various lighting functions.
