Model: HO gauge. Finished model made of plastic, painted and printed. The well-known trailer from Eisinger Kühltransporte has received a new tractor unit, which has been matched in color using an airbrush. The entire truck with its different rim colors on the right and left side as well as the Volvo ram protection on the tractor is known and loved in the show truck scene and is implemented by Herpa as an impressive highlight.
Wilhelm Hergenröther founded the company in Nuremberg in 1949. The company name is composed of the name Hergenröther Patent. Initially, the company produced model railway accessories. In 1961, Riwa-Plastik, a plastic parts manufacturer for the photo and phono industry, was founded.
In 1965, Herpa was taken over by this company. Both brand names continue to be used. The first 1/87th scale car model was presented at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Two years later, the first truck model in the same scale followed. Over the years, the magazine "MASS:STAB" is published. Since then, six copies have been published annually.
