Welding light: very cold, bluish light. Maximum brightness. Short sequences of flashes of different intensities followed by pauses of varying lengths, e.g. 5 flashes with different brightnesses within 1 sec, then 5 sec pause, then similar flash sequence and 8 sec pause, etc.
