Scania youngtimer from the legendary Sweden haulage company. The forwarding friends have waited a long time for this: the Scania 111 finally arrives in the ASG colors. The popular Swedish themed cycle for the traditional freight forwarder ASG continues to grow. Now follows a five-axle trailer combination - with great authenticity. The truck with trailer looks wonderfully contemporary, as it is reminiscent of the 1970s, when the traditional model makers miniaturized the model for the first time in order to please Swedish model friends with typical models. The "ASG" design has been a recurring feature at Wiking since 1975, especially since the distinctive design of Swedish origin has shaped the streetscape for decades thanks to ever new locations in Europe. After all, the "Aktiebolaget Svenska Godsbilcentraler" was founded in 1935 by the Stockholm Rederi AB Svea. After a cooperation with Danzas had already been agreed in 1993, ASG was taken over in 1999 by the Swiss company Danzas, which belongs to Deutsche Post AG.

Wiking started their first production of traffic models in Berlin. For 85 years, impressive models have been created there that are the mirror image of German automobile manufacturing. Now the Wiking range is designed and produced in south-west Germany by the Sieper Group. The range is constantly growing with new examples such as fire engine turntable ladders and passenger cars, but also current tractors as well as various classics. Not only current examples are brought out in miniature, but also forgotten models.
