Model: HO gauge DC. Turntable with electric underfloor drive and control unit. Suitable for all NEM-compliant two-wire DC and three-wire AC tracks. The stage length of 253 mm corresponds to a length of 22 meters in the prototype. The minimum angle between two track exits is 9 degrees. The turntable is filled with partitions of 1 °, 3 °, 6 ° and 9 °. This allows any division between the track exits in 1 ° increments from 9 ° upwards. A maximum of 40 track exits can be used. The turntable has four track exits for 2L = enclosed. Further track exits are available as accessories (42616, content: four 2L = track exits).
If the turntable is to be used on a central conductor alternating current track, the dealer exchanges the enclosed original packing 2L = track exits for one pack of 3L ~ track exits (42617, content: three 3L ~ track exits) when purchasing the turntable.
The stage drive works with a supply voltage of 14 V ~. The driving power is supplied depending on the system used with DC or AC. The turntable is enclosed with a control unit with which the direction of rotation is preselected and the rotary motion is started. When the turntable switch is released, the turntable stops exactly at the next track exit.
As with the prototype, two rotational speeds can also be preselected for the ROCO model. The traction current feed takes place in the revolving stage. The traction voltage supply of the track exits can be assigned via the control unit. This prevents that when two opposite track exits a possibly parked locomotive unintentionally losfährt. When using the turntable in DCC mode (digital), it is necessary to use a reverse loop module.
A 1 m five - pole cable (transformer control unit) and a 2 m eight - pole cable (control unit turntable) are included.
Installation dimensions: Required installation opening: 280 mm; Installation depth measured from top of table: 50 mm; Outer diameter of the turntable without track exits: 307 mm; Stage length: 253 mm, suitable for all locomotives up to a total axle height of 250 mm.

Founded in 1960 as a manufacturer of plastic products (sand buckets, miniature military vehicles), the company is now one of the world's leading providers of model railways as an innovation leader. The first locomotives were produced in 1976. The models were characterized by precision and authenticity right from the start and established the company's reputation for quality early on. In addition, Roco has always thought further about model railways and stimulated the industry with innovations. Over the decades, the wagons that are not shortened in length, the more prototypical tracks with less high rail profiles or the "snag-free" close couplings should be mentioned. A milestone for the future is the cutting-edge Z21 control system, which for the first time combines the virtual and real game worlds and thus raises the play value of model railways to a completely new level. Company headquarters are in Bergheim/Salzburg. Roco has a global presence and, via Modelleisenbahn München GmbH, is a company of Modelleisenbahn Holding GmbH, which also includes the German quality manufacturer Fleischmann. Roco relies on valuable and manual work. This is the only way to create the detailed, highly reliable and functional miniatures. Comprehensive quality management with internal and external quality assurance measures ensures that Roco locomotive and wagon owners receive the best quality and can enjoy their models for a long time. Here, too, Roco is a pioneer. The Roco factory in Arad was the first factory in the model railway industry to be certified according to ISO 9001 by the German DQS GmbH.
