Model: HO gauge. Functional kit. Maienfeld was an important intersection from Landquart to Bad Ragaz on a double lane until the 1990s. Because the train systems were served with a signal box on site up to this point, the station was occupied and opened with staff despite the otherwise low importance from the first to the last train. In the 1990s, SBB stopped luggage at the train station. After the expansion of the railway line and the relocation of the signal box, they only wanted to continue the train station as an unjusted station. The listed station building in wooden construction was renovated. Since then, the train station has been operated by an employee of the Swiss Railway and Transport Personal Association (SEV) in the Commission. With its retirement in summer 2009, the station switch was definitely closed. The appropriate LED lighting for a window is included in the kit. It is easy to assemble and precisely tailored to the model.
