Revell Contacta Liquid Special is a special chrome adhesive that can be used very universally. Since the chrome layer prevents the welding effect, you either scratch away the chrome layer or - much more elegantly - use the special adhesive from Revell. Transparent parts such as windows or cockpit hoods can also be easily installed because these transparent parts are not attacked. Revell Contacta Special also bonds metal, wood, paper, cardboard, glass and textiles both with plastic and with one another.
Special properties: without plastic welding effect, liquid consistency of the adhesive, with application brush in the lid, suitable for gluing chrome parts, suitable for gluing transparent parts, also glues other materials. Contents: 30 g.

Revell GmbH was founded in 1956 as a German subsidiary of the Revell-Monogram company. Through Heinz-Georg Schöneberg and German funding, the company was founded in Bünde, Westphalia.

They soon began producing their own products using injection moulds made in the USA. They focused on precise historical kits. The company broke away from the original parent company in 2006 and was taken over by the US group Hobbico in 2012 and then sold to QCP.
